Position Overview
The firm is looking to recruit two (02) Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associates for its Mumbai office. This role is intended for legal professionals who are proactive and passionate about courtroom practice, specifically within the realm of civil and commercial disputes.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Experience up to 5 years is welcome.

Education: Possession of an LL.B. degree.

Specialization: Foundational knowledge in Civil and Commercial litigation.

Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. Ability to handle technical complexities in pleadings and written submissions.

Professionalism: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced dispute resolution environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Drafting: Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting pleadings, written submissions, and court/arbitration documents.

Court Appearances: Making appearances before various forums including the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, Consumer Courts, and arbitral tribunals.

Case Management: Assisting with case preparation, coordinating directly with clients, and supporting partners and senior associates on active matters.
