Position Overview
Integreon is seeking a Legal Analyst for a remote, full-time role. This position is primarily focused on supporting global legal research and contract management. The role is designed for professionals who can handle high-complexity contractual language and provide critical administrative and analytical support to international legal teams.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: LLB degree (Pursuing or completed).

Experience: Prior experience in contract review projects is highly preferred; experience in a managed service environment is an added advantage.

Skills: Proficiency in DocuSign or similar contract routing tools; strong knowledge of contract management software.

Language: Professional fluency in spoken and written English with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.

Professionalism: High attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to meet strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements) regarding quality and timelines.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Contract Review: Reading and analyzing highly complex contractual language to identify client risks and suggest mitigation as per established playbooks.

Process Management: Routing contracts using digital tools and managing timelines for contract lifecycle stages.

Support & Training: Training team members on internal processes and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Data & Research: Maintaining accurate records of work performed and supporting global legal research by auditing cases and managing litigation-related matters.
