Position Overview

The Legal & Compliance team at MediaMint is looking for a Corporate Legal Associate (Legal Executive) to manage contract lifecycles and legal operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in corporate law who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in legal-tech tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Experience: 1 to 8 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or corporate legal roles.
Skills: Proficiency in DocuSign (or similar e-signature platforms) and familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., Icertis, SpotDraft, Ironclad).
Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Excel or Google Sheets for contract tracking and reporting.
Professionalism: Exceptional drafting skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and supporting the negotiation of standard commercial contracts, including NDAs, Service Agreements, and Vendor Agreements.
Lifecycle Operations: Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle—from creation and approval to execution, storage, renewals, and amendments.
Legal Tech Integration: Preparing and managing DocuSign envelopes and maintaining centralized, audit-ready contract repositories.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to resolve contractual queries and ensure compliance with internal risk guidelines.
Audit Support: Assisting the legal team with data requests, audits, and day-to-day operational documentation.
