Position Overview
The Chambers are inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. This role is ideally suited for early-career professionals who are motivated to build a strong foundation in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, corporate litigation, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Law Graduate (LL.B.).

Experience: 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Skills: Strong legal research and drafting skills; ability to handle complex legal terminology and procedures.

Professionalism: High level of discipline, proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation: Assisting in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), NCLAT, and other appellate forums.

Drafting: Drafting applications, replies, written submissions, and case briefs.

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Companies Act, and Civil/Commercial laws.

Case Management: Preparing case notes and providing analytical support for corporate and civil litigation mandates.
Location
South Extension, New Delhi.
