Position Overview
Insight Direct India is inviting applications for a six-month In-House Legal Traineeship. This hybrid role is designed for candidates looking to gain comprehensive exposure to corporate legal functions, commercial litigation support, and regulatory compliance within a global business framework.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Final-year law students or recent LL.B. graduates.

Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills; proficiency in drafting and legal documentation.

Interests: Keen interest in corporate law, commercial litigation, privacy laws, and white-collar crimes.

Professionalism: Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting research on privacy laws, labor codes, and various regulatory updates.

Drafting: Preparing representations, legal documents, pleadings, and briefs for matters before District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.

Contract Management: Supporting the management of vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation.

Compliance: Assisting in reviewing internal policies, updating compliance frameworks, and performing compliance checks.
Location
Hybrid (Remote and Office-based).
Stipend / Perks

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month.
