Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for a Legal Internship for a duration of one month. This role is designed to be highly flexible, offering a Remote/Hybrid working model. It is an ideal opportunity for law students to gain exposure to the procedural aspects of New Delhi’s litigation landscape while contributing to substantive legal research and drafting tasks from a remote environment.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. program.

Skills: * Proficiency in legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of Indian statutes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Commitment: Availability for a 1-month duration with a disciplined approach to remote deliverables.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting detailed research on case laws and statutes for active litigation matters.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and RTI applications.

Case Briefing: Preparing summaries of judgments and briefing notes for senior counsel.

Advisory Support: Supporting the team in reviewing commercial contracts and compliance documents.
