Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for its On-Site Internship Programme at the New Delhi office for the month of March 2026. This is a substantive, hands-on program where interns are treated as junior members of the legal team. Unlike purely observational roles, interns at LOI are expected to contribute to live case files, providing well-reasoned legal opinions and assisting in active court preparations.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: 4th or 5th-year law students (pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program) or final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. program.

Skills: * Proficiency in legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.

Strong analytical ability and legal acumen.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

A proactive, disciplined, and professional approach to assignments.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support: Assisting in matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various Tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, etc.).

Drafting: Preparing drafts of pleadings, legal notices, affidavits, and commercial contracts.

Substantive Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex issues in International Arbitration, Corporate Law, and Maritime Law.

Court Assistance: Involvement in court-related preparation, case briefing, and attending client conferences under supervision.
