Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to join its Litigation Practice. This role is open to candidates with 0–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), making it an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates looking to build a foundation in litigation and junior associates seeking to deepen their courtroom exposure. Selected candidates will be involved in the end-to-step lifecycle of a case, from initial client intake to final arguments.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council.

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in litigation (freshers with strong internship backgrounds in litigation are encouraged to apply).

Skills: * Strong command over procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act).

Excellent legal drafting skills for petitions, applications, and legal notices.

Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.

Good communication skills and the ability to represent the firm before judicial authorities.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Court Appearances: Appearing and representing clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, and other Tribunals.

Drafting: Preparing a variety of legal documents including Writ Petitions, Suits, Replications, Quashing Petitions, and Bail Applications.

Litigation Management: Managing case diaries, monitoring cause lists, and ensuring timely filing of documents.

Research: Conducting thorough research on complex legal points to assist senior partners in formulating trial strategies.
