Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to join its specialized Civil Litigation & Arbitration divisions. Selected candidates will be immersed in a disciplined, detail-driven environment where they will learn the nuances of procedural law, trial strategy, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) within one of India’s most historic legal institutions.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Fresh Law Graduate (LL.B. degree from a recognized university).

Interest: Demonstrated passion for Civil Litigation, Arbitration, and Property Law.

Skills: * Strong foundational knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Exceptional research skills using digital and physical archives.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Arbitration: Assisting in drafting pleadings for arbitration, appearing before Arbitrators, and handling litigation related to interim measures and the appointment of arbitrators.

Civil Litigation: Supporting senior advocates in recovery proceedings, writ remedies, and property disputes before the High Court and District Courts.

Drafting: Preparing comprehensive drafts of suits, replications, affidavits-of-evidence, and legal notices.

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth case law analysis to support the firm’s strategy in complex commercial disputes.
