Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for its 1-Month Online Legal Internship. This program is designed to provide law students with a foundational yet practical understanding of the insurance sector’s legal landscape. Being completely online, it offers students across India the flexibility to engage in substantive legal work, moving beyond theoretical knowledge to handle the technicalities of claim disputes and regulatory analysis.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. program.

Skills: * Strong interest in Insurance Law and Consumer Protection.

Ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines and statutes.

Proficiency in English drafting and legal research.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of documents related to insurance claim disputes and consumer complaints.

Regulatory Analysis: Interpreting and analyzing IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) regulations and circulars.

Legal Research: Conducting client-centric research on insurance liability, policy exclusions, and judicial precedents.

Compliance: Supporting the team in compliance analysis and reviewing insurance policy terms and conditions.
