Position Overview
The firm is hiring for the role of Legal & Compliance Executive to ensure the seamless integration of legal strategy with business operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in their North Goa office, offering a dynamic environment for legal professionals with a background in corporate compliance and industry-specific regulations.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal, compliance, or liaisoning roles.

Skills: Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.

Proficiency in statutory filings and regulatory documentation.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Konkani is required.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Contracts & Drafting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and legal documents.

Compliance Management: Ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and national laws; monitoring regulatory changes.

Government Liaison: Acting as the point of contact for government authorities and managing licenses, renewals, and approvals.

IPR Management: Overseeing the registration and protection of Intellectual Property, including trademarks and patents.

Litigation Support: Coordinating with external legal counsel and managing legal disputes or proceedings.
