Eligibility Criteria

Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Bar Enrollment: Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council.

Skills: Strong drafting skills, proficiency in legal research (SCC Online, Manupatra), and excellent communication skills.

Attributes: Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a keen interest in courtroom practice.
Areas of Work & Responsibilities

Litigation: Drafting petitions, appeals, suits, and applications for various courts and tribunals (NCLT, NCDRC, DRT).

Court Appearances: Attending court hearings, mentioning matters, and assisting seniors during arguments.

Research: Preparing comprehensive research notes on complex legal issues, primarily in civil, commercial, and criminal law.

Advisory: Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and client briefings.

Case Management: Briefing senior advocates and maintaining case files and timelines.
