Position Overview
The firm is looking for a Legal Associate to support their legal and corporate operations. This is a remote, flexible role (often categorized as a freelancer/full-time hybrid) that offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of law and cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology.
Roles and Responsibilities

Type: Legal Associate (Freelancer/Full-time).

Legal Support: Assisting in legal research, drafting documents, and supporting the legal team in various corporate matters.

Documentation: Drafting contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.

Corporate Governance: Assisting with compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters related to IP and data protection.

AI Training Support: (Depending on project) Reviewing and validating legal research content to improve AI-generated outputs.
Eligibility

Experience: 1+ years of experience as a legal associate or legal intern.

Education: Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).

Skills: Strong research skills, knowledge of legal procedures, and the ability to communicate legal matters clearly and concisely.
