Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for its Offline Internship Program specifically within the Matrimonial & Family Law vertical at their Delhi office. This is a rigorous, guided internship designed for students with a genuine interest in domestic relations law, offering them the chance to move beyond peripheral tasks and engage directly with live litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities

Type: Internship (On-site/Offline).

Matrimonial Litigation: Assisting in the preparation of cases for Family Courts and High Courts involving divorce, maintenance, child custody, and domestic violence.

Legal Research & Drafting: Preparing detailed research memos on evolving family statutes and drafting petitions, rejoinders, and applications.

Matter Management: Learning the nuances of court procedure and filing systems within the Delhi judicial framework.

Client Coordination: Supporting the team in sensitive client advisory sessions and case preparation meetings.
Eligibility

Education: 4th or 5th-year students (5-year LL.B.) or 2nd or 3rd-year students (3-year LL.B.).

Experience: A demonstrated interest in Matrimonial & Family Law or Civil Litigation is preferred.

Skills: Strong research orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
