Position Overview
Mekeran is inviting law students to gain hands-on exposure to corporate legal practice within the fast-evolving Energy and Infrastructure sector. This role is ideal for students looking to understand the legal intricacies of turnkey renewable energy solutions and corporate compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities

Corporate Law: Gaining exposure to commercial contracts and corporate legal frameworks.

Legal Research: Conducting research on energy regulations, land acquisition laws, and infrastructure policies.

Drafting: Assisting in the preparation and review of basic legal documents and agreements.

Regulatory Compliance: Understanding the legal requirements for solar and wind energy projects.
Eligibility

Education: Currently pursuing an LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year program).

Skills: Demonstrated interest in corporate/commercial law with basic drafting and research skills.

Availability: Candidates must be able to commit to a long-term internship in person.
