Position Overview
This internship offers a deep dive into the practical side of Intellectual Property. Interns will move beyond theoretical concepts to assist in real-world civil enforcement and anti-counterfeiting operations, making it an ideal role for those interested in IP litigation and brand protection.
Roles and Responsibilities

Court Proceedings: Observing and assisting in matters related to IP disputes in court.

Drafting & Filing: Preparing legal documents and managing the filing process for IP-related petitions.

Civil Enforcement: Learning the mechanics of civil actions taken against IP infringers.

Special Proceedings: Gaining exposure to Commission proceedings and administrative actions.

Anti-Counterfeiting: Assisting in matters involving raids and the seizure of counterfeit goods.
Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in any year of their 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.

Skills: A genuine and demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property practice is preferred.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a high-paced litigation environment.
