Position Overview:

ELF Partners is offering a two-month on-site Internship (March–April 2026) in the domain of Litigation & Arbitration Finance. This internship involves intensive research-oriented work in international dispute resolution and legal finance, providing exposure to cross-border arbitration and commercial litigation analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research on cross-border arbitration and commercial litigation matters
• Assisting in evaluating legal claims from an investment and funding perspective
• Researching damages quantification and enforcement mechanisms
• Supporting analysis of legal funding arrangements and award monetisation strategies
• Preparing structured research notes and analytical reports

Eligibility:

• Final-year law students preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and drafting skills
• Demonstrated interest in international arbitration and commercial disputes
• Professional approach with the ability to handle research-intensive assignments
