The Chambers of Advocate Deep Kumar Mohanty offers practical exposure to litigation and corporate matters before the Orissa High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Subordinate Courts, and various Commissions. The internship is designed to provide hands-on learning in both offline and online modes, focusing on real courtroom and drafting experience.
Internship Overview
This internship aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and courtroom practice. Interns will be exposed to the complete lifecycle of a case, from client interaction and drafting to hearings and final disposal.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Mode: Offline-cum-Online Internship
- Legal research on statutes and judicial precedents
- Assistance in drafting petitions, appeals, agreements, and other legal documents
- Courtroom exposure and assistance during hearings
- Participation in client meetings and legal discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students with working knowledge of:
- BNS, BNSS, BSA
- Transfer of Property Act
- Constitution of India
- Contract Act
- Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)
- Companies Act
- Ability to research legal provisions and judgments independently
- Strong interest in litigation and practical legal work

- Any law student possessing foundational knowledge of the above-mentioned subjects
