Position Overview

Law Internship – Intellectual Property & Litigation Practice

Eligibility Criteria

Duration: Typically 1 month (flexible based on mutual discussion)

Education: Law students with a strong inclination towards IP and commercial litigation

• Independent thinking and analytical ability

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Trademark prosecution, oppositions, and portfolio strategy
• Drafting legal notices, replies, and IP-related pleadings
• Court matter preparation (Delhi High Court & other forums)
• Legal research on evolving IP and civil law issues
• Client advisory and assistance in live matters
