Eligibility
- Final Year Law Students / Students with Corporate Law Internship Experience
- Prior internship experience in Corporate Law preferred
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Interest in Corporate & Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences laws
- Detail-oriented and proactive candidates
Responsibilities
- Contract drafting and review assistance
- Corporate legal research & research writing
- Support in corporate compliance and advisory work
- Exposure to legal work in the Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical sector
