Position Overview:
The firm is inviting applications for Associate-level positions in its Banking & Finance (Project Finance) and Real Estate practice groups. These are full-time, transactional roles offering exposure to high-value and complex mandates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
- Advising clients on regulatory, contractual, and transactional matters
- Managing deal timelines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Assisting senior partners on complex and high-stakes mandates
Eligibility:
Associate – Banking & Finance (Project Finance):
- 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in project finance transactions
Associate – Real Estate:
- 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Experience in real estate transactions and advisory work
