Position Overview
Ab Initio Legal is inviting applications for a Litigation & Arbitration Internship for the months of March and April. The internship offers hands-on court exposure and involvement in substantive legal work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students with a strong inclination towards litigation and dispute resolution
Duration:
March & April
Education:
- 5th year student of a 5-year LL.B. programme or
- 3rd year student of a 3-year LL.B. programme
Traits:
- Interest in litigation and arbitration
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Willingness to learn through court-based practice
Commitment:
Full-time, on-ground commitment during the internship period
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting
- Assistance in court proceedings
- Participation in case strategy discussions
- Brief preparation and file management
