The selected candidate will manage their own recruitment desk, build relationships with schools and educators, and contribute to the growth of the company’s education recruitment services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality teaching and support staff
- Providing excellent service to both clients and candidates
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team recruitment targets
- Mentoring and supporting junior recruitment consultants
Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferably within the education sector)
- Demonstrated strong billing history and recruitment success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
