Position Overview
Reed is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its education recruitment team. The role involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, sourcing candidates, and ensuring high-quality recruitment services for educational institutions. Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients while engaging with new ones
- Conducting phone-based sales calls to grow the recruitment desk through business development
- Attending client meetings to convert prospective clients into active users
- Interviewing candidates and expanding the talent pool to meet client requirements
- Achieving KPI targets and maintaining audit and compliance standards
- Delivering recruitment services aligned with ethical and quality-focused recruitment practices
