S Chaand & Associates (Legal Consultants) is a boutique law firm engaged in providing legal services in the areas of corporate law, taxation, and civil and criminal litigation. The firm is currently looking to onboard a dedicated Assessment Intern to join its professional team.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent graduates and law students who wish to gain practical exposure within a structured legal environment while working on diverse legal matters.

About the Internship

The internship provides law students with valuable practical experience in both corporate legal work and litigation practice. Interns will collaborate closely with experienced Advocates, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Company Secretaries (CSs), gaining exposure to multiple areas of law.

Key areas of work include mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract drafting, dispute resolution, GST litigation, and related advisory work. The internship offers a unique learning environment where interns can develop their legal skills while working with a multidisciplinary team handling varied legal assignments.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Candidates currently pursuing LL.B. from a recognized university in India

• Demonstrated interest in both corporate law and litigation practice

• Good communication, analytical, and legal research skills

Responsibilities

Selected interns will assist with a range of legal and professional tasks, including:

• Supporting corporate compliance and secretarial services

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements

• Assisting in civil and criminal litigation matters

• Providing support in intellectual property law matters

• Working on debt recovery, injunction, and fraud-related cases

• Assisting with GST litigation and dispute resolution

Preparing financial statements and assisting in bookkeeping work
