Eligibility
• 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)
• Interest or knowledge in Labour Laws & statutory compliance
• Good command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualification
• LLB
• MBA (HR)
• MSW
• Any Management / Law related degree

Responsibilities
• Assist in labour law & labour code compliance
• Maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers
• Support compliance planning and advisory services
• Analyze compliance reports using Excel
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
