Position Overview

The Paralegal role supports the company’s construction legal team by assisting with documentation, compliance, and administrative legal work across the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Updating standard legal forms and playbooks.

Reviewing legal documents such as NDAs and warranties.

Assisting with internal legal training resources.

Managing legal documentation and case administration.

Monitoring external legal fees and legal matters.

Drafting correspondence for the legal team.

Eligibility

Experience as a paralegal (preferably in construction or infrastructure sector).
Knowledge of construction law and contract forms such as JCT/NEC.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
