About the Internship
Regal Law Associates, Jaipur is inviting applications from motivated law students for the role of Legal Intern. This internship is suitable for students who wish to gain practical exposure to litigation and courtroom practice.
The program is intended for individuals who want to understand the practical functioning of litigation beyond academic study and strengthen their skills in legal drafting, research, and court procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law course or the final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Candidates with a strong interest in litigation practice.
- Applicants who are dedicated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Opportunity
Interns who demonstrate strong performance and commitment during the internship may be considered for a full-time position as a Legal Associate with the firm, depending on the firm’s requirements.
Learning and Exposure
During the internship, selected students will gain practical experience in:
- Drafting legal documents such as petitions, applications, notices, and pleadings.
- Conducting legal research and analyzing case laws.
- Understanding court procedures and filing processes.
- Assisting in matters before the Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench), Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Sessions Courts.
- Observing client interactions and case strategy discussions.
