Position Overview:
GNK Legal is seeking to onboard a professional with practical experience in Trademark Prosecution and Opposition matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on active trademark portfolios and handle contentious proceedings within the firm’s IPR practice.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing trademark prosecution matters
- Handling trademark filings and examination reports
- Assisting in and managing opposition proceedings
- Preparing and handling evidence during opposition stages
- Representing or assisting in hearings before the Trademark Registry
- Managing trademark portfolios and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements
Eligibility:
- Experience in Trademark Prosecution and Opposition matters
- Ability to handle trademark filings, examination reports, oppositions, evidence stages, and hearings before the Trademark Registry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage matters independently
- Candidates based in Mumbai
- Immediate joiners preferred
