Position Overview:
HBA Legal is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to assist the litigation team in handling real estate and consumer disputes, legal drafting, and case management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Assisting in litigation matters related to RERA, consumer disputes, and commercial matters.
Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
Assisting with case preparation and managing case files.
Supporting proceedings before courts and tribunals.
Eligibility:
1–2 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Ability to handle matters independently.
