Position Overview:

Bond Turner is currently recruiting a Paralegal to join its Hire Compliance team in Liverpool. The role primarily involves preparing compliance packs by collecting and reviewing financial documentation from clients and ensuring all documentation meets strict compliance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing an individual caseload efficiently.
Connecting clients to open-banking platforms.
Submitting Subject Access Requests (SARs).
Reviewing financial documents such as bank statements, credit card statements, wage slips, and tax returns.
Communicating with clients, banks, and employers to obtain necessary financial documentation.
Maintaining regular contact with clients to obtain documents promptly.
Recording and uploading documentation on the case management system.
Completing daily tasks and ensuring follow-up actions are properly logged.
Maintaining a professional and courteous approach with clients.
Ensuring compliance packs meet strict guidelines and are presented to a high standard.
Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
