About the Competition
The 5th DY Patil National Moot Court Competition, 2026 is a prestigious national-level moot aimed at fostering legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills among law students across India.
Objective:
- To enhance legal research and memorial drafting skills
- To develop oral advocacy and courtroom presentation
- To encourage analytical thinking and application of law
Participants must:
- Register within the prescribed deadline
- Submit memorials as per competition rules
- Participate in oral rounds representing both sides
Eligibility
- Open to students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses
- Each team typically consists of 2–3 members
