5TH DY PATIL NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2026

Objective:

• To enhance legal research and memorial drafting skills
• To develop oral advocacy and courtroom presentation
• To encourage analytical thinking and application of law

Participants must:

• Register within the prescribed deadline
• Submit memorials as per competition rules
• Participate in oral rounds representing both sides

Eligibility

• Open to students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses
• Each team typically consists of 2–3 members
