Position Overview:

The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its Conveyancing Department. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for candidates with significant experience in conveyancing or commercial property law, looking to advance within a reputable legal practice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a busy conveyancing caseload with accuracy and efficiency
Support fee earners in both commercial and residential property matters
Ensure compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
Maintain high standards of client communication and service
Ensure all work adheres to regulatory, procedural, and internal guidelines

Eligibility:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal (preferably in conveyancing/commercial property)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively
