Position Overview:
JSA is hiring an Associate for its Real Estate team in Bengaluru. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions, advisory work, and complex real estate matters within a professional and dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on real estate transactions and regulatory frameworks
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, etc.)
- Conducting title due diligence and property verification
- Assisting in structuring real estate transactions
- Coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams
Eligibility:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Prior experience in real estate law preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle transactions independently and work in teams
