Roles and Responsibilities:

Advising clients on real estate transactions and regulatory frameworks
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, etc.)
Conducting title due diligence and property verification
Assisting in structuring real estate transactions
Coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams
