The Asian Law Junior Scholars Workshop is hosted by Harvard Law School. It is supported by academic initiatives focusing on Asian legal studies and aims to promote high-quality research and scholarly engagement on legal issues relating to Asia.

About the Competition

This is a Call for Papers (2026 Asian Law Junior Scholars Workshop) inviting submissions from early-career scholars working on Asian law. Selected participants will present their research and receive detailed feedback from leading academics in an intensive workshop setting.

Objective:

  • To encourage emerging scholarship on Asian law
  • To provide a platform for constructive academic feedback
  • To foster a network of junior scholars and senior experts
