Position Overview:
The role is for a Paralegal (Real Estate / Post-Completions / Finance-related team depending on posting). The candidate will support solicitors in transactional and post-completion processes, ensuring smooth handling of legal documentation and compliance requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in property transactions, including post-completion formalities
- Managing Land Registry applications and requisitions
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking completion timelines
- Drafting legal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Conducting legal research where required
- Supporting solicitors in client matters and file management
- Using legal systems (e.g., iManage, case management tools) for documentation and compliance
Eligibility:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Prior experience in real estate / conveyancing / paralegal work preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Good communication and drafting abilities
- Familiarity with legal tech platforms is an advantage
Job Details:
Opportunity: Paralegal (Real Estate / Post-Completions)
Stipend/Remuneration: Approximately £28,000 – £31,000 per annum (based on similar roles and averages at the firm)
Mode: On-site / Hybrid (firm-based role in London)
