Nirmaan is hiring Field Coordinators in Bengaluru to support on-ground implementation of its programs. The role involves direct community engagement and coordination of field activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating field-level program activities
- Engaging with local communities and stakeholders
- Supporting skill-building and development initiatives
- Monitoring and reporting on project implementation
- Assisting in execution of NGO initiatives at the grassroots level
Eligibility:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru
- Interest in community work and social impact initiatives
