Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research (Company Law, Technology Law, Civil, Criminal & International Law)
- Drafting support (notes, briefs, basic agreements)
- Case law research and preparation of summaries
- Business development tasks (prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, lead tracking)
- General legal assistance as required
