Position Overview:
The firm is hiring a Healthcare Paralegal (Full-Time) to assist solicitors on healthcare litigation cases, including clinical negligence and medical-related claims. The role provides hands-on litigation experience within a collaborative legal team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting solicitors in healthcare litigation matters
- Assisting in preparation of court documents, bundles, and correspondence
- Reviewing medical records, reports, and case materials
- Conducting legal research and maintaining case files
- Liaising with clients, experts, and third parties
- Handling administrative and case management tasks
Eligibility:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools
- Ability to manage workload and deadlines
- Interest in litigation (healthcare/clinical negligence preferred)
- Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory
