Position Overview:
The role involves working on end-to-end corporate transactions, deal structuring, and advisory mandates in a Tier-1 law firm environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on M&A and private equity transactions
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents
- Conduct legal due diligence
- Assist in structuring corporate deals
- Interact with clients and handle transaction execution
Eligibility:
- LL.B. graduate
- 2–5 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Prior experience in reputed law firms preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
