Position Overview:
The position involves assisting in diverse litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, and advisory work across multiple legal forums.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Assist in court proceedings before various forums
- Draft and review contracts
- Work on arbitration and tribunal matters
Eligibility:
- LL.B. graduate
- 2–3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong knowledge of procedural laws
- Good drafting and research skills
- Enrolled with Bar Council (preferred/implicit)
