Position Overview:
The role is for a Paralegal within the Private Client / Court of Protection team. The position involves supporting solicitors on matters concerning vulnerable clients, including those lacking mental capacity, and assisting in managing their legal and financial affairs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with applications to the Court of Protection
- Support the management of client affairs
- Draft legal documents such as Statutory Wills and Trusts
- Communicate with clients, families, and relevant professionals
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Provide general support to fee earners on ongoing matters
Eligibility:
- Experience in Private Client or Court of Protection work
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
