Eligibility Criteria
- Indian citizens
- Age generally between 21–24 years (may be relaxed in newer rounds)
- Not engaged in full-time employment or regular education
- Minimum qualification: Class 10 pass (ITI/Diploma/Graduate eligible)
- Family income and other conditions as prescribed
- Certain candidates (e.g., from premier institutions or with professional degrees) may be ineligible
Duration:
- Typically 12 months (with at least 6 months of practical exposure)
Education:
- Minimum: Secondary education (Class 10)
- Eligible: ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, Undergraduate degree holders

- Across India in top 500 participating companies and multiple sectors
Stipend / Perks
- Monthly stipend: ₹5,000 (approx.)
