Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
Supporting investor onboarding processes
Maintaining transaction trackers and managing documentation
Assisting with closing processes and preparing signing packs
Conducting legal research relevant to transactions

Eligibility:

Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Completion of LPC or SQE preferred
Prior paralegal experience in Funds or Corporate law
Open to future trainees available for at least one year with relevant corporate experience
