Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Family Paralegal (Domestic Abuse) to support solicitors in handling cases related to domestic violence and family disputes. The role involves assisting in case progression, legal documentation, and client interaction in a high-responsibility environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in managing domestic abuse and family law cases
- Drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents
- Supporting case progression and maintaining case files
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Attending hearings (as a note-taker or assistant, where required)
- Handling administrative and legal support tasks efficiently
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in family law/domestic abuse cases preferred
- Understanding of legal aid processes (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive matters
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills

Opportunity: Full-time
Stipend/Remuneration: Approx. £24,000 – £31,000 per annum (industry range for similar roles)
Mode: Hybrid (Work from home + office)
