Position Overview:
The firm is hiring a Paralegal (Litigation/Insurance) to support its disputes team. The role involves assisting solicitors in handling litigation matters, particularly in insurance-related cases.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in case preparation for litigation matters
- Reviewing and organising legal documents and evidence
- Conducting legal research and drafting basic documents
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Supporting solicitors in hearings and trial preparation
- Managing case files and maintaining records
Eligibility:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good communication and drafting ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior litigation/paralegal experience (preferred)
