Roles and Responsibilities  

Mode: Offline  

– Hands-on exposure to in-house legal operations  

– Working on corporate contracts, advisory, and compliance matters  

– Assisting senior legal professionals in day-to-day legal functions  

– Supporting general corporate advisory work  

Eligibility Criteria 

Law students with:  

– From reputed colleges/universities  

– 5th Year students preferred; 4th Year students may also apply  

– Prior internships in general corporate advisory / corporate law teams preferred  

– Experience with law firms or in-house legal teams preferred  

– Candidates with only litigation-focused experience may not be preferred  

Who Can Apply  

4th or 5th year law students from reputed universities with interest/experience in corporate law and in-house practice.
