Internship Overview
Atrangii is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern, offering exposure to media and entertainment law along with hands-on experience in contract drafting, advisory, and non-litigation work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mode: Offline, Mumbai
– Drafting and negotiating agreements: Production Services, Licensing, Acquisition, SaaS, etc.
– Vetting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
– Advising business teams on legal and commercial matters
– Drafting replies to notices and complaints
– Handling non-litigation work
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– LL.B. degree
– 0–1 year of experience
– Strong understanding of media and entertainment laws
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently
Who Can Apply
Law graduates or freshers with 0-1 year PQE, interested in media, OTT, entertainment, and IP law.
