Lawssistance is inviting motivated law students to join their Corporate Practice team for the months of *May & June 2026*. This is an offline internship focused on building a strong foundation in corporate law through practical work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mode: Offline
– Legal Research on corporate law matters
– Content Writing for the firm
– Assisting in drafting Agreements and Memos
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and interest in Corporate Law
– Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline

Law students of any year with interest in corporate law and company law compliances.
