SVS Attorneys is hiring for diverse roles in litigation, dispute resolution, and consultancy at its Delhi Office. Roles require strong command of existing laws, legal opinions, online research, and dedicated interest in litigation.
Positions & Eligibility
Associate
PQE: Minimum 1 year
Eligibility: B.A. LL.B. (5 years) or equivalent
Note: Exceptional freshers with minimum 6 months professional experience may apply. Must show distinctive exposure to Court and Dispute Resolution practices.
Senior Associate
PQE: Minimum 3 years
Eligibility: B.A. LL.B. (5 years) or equivalent
Common Requirements for Both Roles
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Mandatory: Knowledge of legal Hindi drafting and language
- Proficiency with Manupatra, AIR Online, SCC Online, Westlaw, etc.
- Must work offline/physically at New Delhi office
- Must reside within 8-10 kms of office or willing to shift before assessment

New Delhi (Physical) Only. No vacancies for other offices.

2 (1 Associate + 1 Senior Associate)
Remuneration Structure
Assessment Period
Senior Associate: 18-20 days | Associate: 30-31 days
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, paid with first salary only if candidate continues with the firm post-assessment. No stipend if candidate drops out voluntarily.
Probation Period
Duration: 3 months post successful assessment
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month as Trainee Associate
Post-Confirmation
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month minimum
Annual increment based on performance
Note: If assessment is not cleared, applicant will be advised to quit. Candidates must give consent in the form for joining as Trainee Associate for 3 months probation post-assessment.
Mode of Work
Physical Offline Only at Delhi Office. Assessment will be strictly physical. No online assessment requests entertained.
